Metzner Holding GmbH is the parent company of various successful mechanical engineering companies operating from its international customer base from the locations Neu-Ulm, Hochdorf bei Luzern and Herborn. Our group includes Metzner Maschinenbau, Metzner E-Mobility, Ramatech and Ulmer.

With more than 200 employees, we develop complex automation solutions for cable processing as well as for rubber and plastic hoses and profiles that are used in automotive manufacturing, medical technology, numerous industrial users and in control cabinet construction.

Accountant (m/w/d)

What do you expect?

• You are responsible for all tasks in financial accounting
• You take care of the planning and execution of the complete payment transactions in Germany and abroad as well as the monitoring of all account movements
• You take responsibility for the audit and processing of invoices as well as the placement of all documents
• You carry out the monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and are the contact person for the tax office, the auditors and the tax advisors
• You take care of the confirmation of all documents and are responsible for the credit assessments of customers and business partners as well as the collection of reminders and debt collections
• You tune account clarification with suppliers and customers

What should you bring?

• You have completed an education in accounting, alternatively a training in controlling or a study of business management, tax discipline or financial and insurance
• You bring a high number affinity and a very good mathematical and analytical understanding with
• You can master the German language in word and writing at a native language level
• You have extensive knowledge of financial, tax and commercial law
• You bring strong communicative skills and a solution-oriented way of thinking with
• You have extensive, secure computer skills and easy handling of MS Office
• Your work is well organized, neat, reliable and precise
