Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures for around 13,000 motorway kilometers. in our branch Rheinland in Krefeld.

Editing all individual and collective labour law matters arising, e.g. drawing up and updating contracts and forms, as well as participation in the development of personal and labour policy concepts Advising the executives of the branch in all matters of labour, collective and civil law, as well as all matters of codecision Implementation of trusted cooperation with the works council bodies of the branch Formulation of operating agreements and support in the negotiation of operating agreements Preparation of out-of-court and judicial labour law procedures and representation in labour and administrative proceedings and commissioning and supervision of external lawyers

A completed study in the field of law, including the 2nd legal state exam (full lawyer), an activity as a syndicate attorney is possible A successfully completed training to/from the specialist lawyer/professional attorney for labour law At least 3 years of relevant professional experience as well as several years of experience in cooperation with co-determination bodies (Personal Council, Works Council, Disability Representation) Knowledge of labour and disability law and related legal areas German language skills in word and writing That would be desirable: Practical experience with the creation, coordination and implementation of labour law or personal concepts, strategies and/or processes This distinguishes you: Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Embossed social and communicative competence High resilience, determination and readiness
