Coordination of perioperative patient care: You conduct conversations with patients and their relatives, take over the documentation of the visits and assist in the clarification and planning of care. Promoting interdisciplinary cooperation: You actively contribute to the communication between doctors and nurses and thus ensure optimal care for patients. Furthermore, you are in close communication with the case management and support the recording and release management. Self-employed execution of delegated medical tasks: You accompany business, carry out wound controls and care and document the treatment results, carry out all kinds of physical examinations, document domestic medication, place venous accesses, perform blood collection from venous and central accesses, prepare consiles, prepare valuable laboratory examinations and coordinate existing stationary investigations independently. Active participation in innovative ideas: You independently develop new concepts for improving patient care and implement them in the clinic.

You have a completed degree in Physician Assistant as well as ideally a completed training of recognised health care professional, OTA or MTA functional diagnostics, or medical professionals Self-employment, reliability and resilience, self-initiative in thinking and acting Good knowledge of medical nomenclature and German spelling and grammar Safe handling of Microsoft Office applications Organizational skill reliability, sense of responsibility, High communication skills and ability to work on a team Friendly, binding and secure handling in personal and telephone contact with employees and business partners
