For our location in Ratingen we will now look for you as Senior Manager Tax & Transfer Pricing EMEA (w/m/d) - you will be part of our team! They will be part of the Finance Department and will be responsible, in particular, for the tax advice of domestic and foreign corporations.

In this position you are responsible for all tax issues in EMEA You create income tax returns and supervise the audits They support tax reporting The creation of billing price documentation in Germany (Master File, Local File and CbCR) is one of your main tasks They support national companies in the production and review of foreign settlement price documentation The conception of solutions for billing prices has a high priority in your daily work They also work to a large extent on cross-border settlement price projects for new transactions/business models and advice They lead and coordinate the introduction of reporting on settlement prices and the maintenance of contract management for intra-group agreements You take responsibility and lead in various projects

You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Taxes, Law or a comparable qualification (auditor/tax advisor) You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience with a focus on tax and transfer pricing
