For our Deals business unit we are looking for you as Consultant Real Estate Valuation (w/m/d). It's waiting for you Consulting - Together with your team, you will advise on individual properties and real estate portfolios throughout Europe. You develop innovative digital approaches in the ESG area and develop tailor-made solutions tailored to the needs of our clients. Responsibility - In your team you accompany national and international transactions. In doing so, you advise investors on strategic decisions, develop financial models and carry out real assets valuations for transactions, as well as accounting and tax purposes. Networking - In addition, you develop long-term and valuable relationships with our clients and contribute to the success of our mandates with your expertise and personal strengths. That's what you bring You have completed your studies in Business Administration, Real Estate Administration, (Economic) Engineering or a comparable degree course focusing on real estate.

Through relevant internships you have already gained insights into the real estate environment and topics such as real estate assessment, financing and investment.

You are interested in financial modeling, financing and investment accounting, and you are passionate about corporate finance issues as well as economic market trends.

Your communication strength makes it easy for you to enter service-oriented on our customers.

You master the languages German and English fluent in word and writing.
