You are responsible for operating receivables management, tax the Cash Collection and the Mahnwesen and proactively conduct the direct customer response. You are the point of contact for clarification cases, installment agreements and judicial defaults in close coordination with legal departments. You have a look at financial accounting and reporting, book banks/vise, pflegst master data and start up relevant key figures such as DSO and Aging lists. You meet decisions on the creditworthiness of our customers, managst credit limits and optimise debitor management and credit insurance. You are the interface between Sales, Customer Service and Finance and actively shape the strategic development of our processes.

You bring a commercial training / an economic study or multiannual experience in a comparable position. You are safe in handling MS Office (especially Excel), has a high IT affinity and enjoy working in our systems. You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and draw your attention through a high sense of responsibility and a pragmatic “hands-on” mentality. You are a high-communication team player who performs sovereignly and who likes to take responsibility as a professional of passion. You communicate safely in German and ideally have good English skills for cooperation in an international environment.
