As Senior UX Designer (m/w/d), you are responsible for the new and further development of our digital platforms and products as part of the Human Centered Design. Together with product owners, UX colleagues, agencies, stakeholders and developers, you design and design user interfaces. The focus of your tasks lies in the phases of the refined design (interface design, information design, sensory design) and the implementation of findings from evaluations and prototype tests for our complex software solutions. This means in detail: You design and design design design solutions up to high-fidelity designs, taking into account the user requirements and initial designs identified as part of the User Requirements Engineering, as well as results from evaluations and prototype tests You will also participate in the design process, e.g. UX text for information design and ensure that Product Owner and Stakeholder are involved in design development Start digital prototypes and participate in usability tests as an observer You develop, document and monitor our design systems/libraries and align their cross-cutting use with other areas (e.g. Development, Marketing, External) You validate designs from participating external design agencies and thus secure client competence in the design process You evaluierst new design tools and apps, give impulses for creating an optimal design infrastructure to take over their technical administration

You love the development of something new, has proven design expertise and like to take a lot of responsibility You have a completed study with design focus like e.g. interface design or interaction design and has over several years of professional experience as UX designers or similar, whether on the agency side or in companies You have proven experience in designing complex expert systems or platforms You are passionate about implementing complex relationships and requirements in simple and human-centered digital designs and your portfolio shows both your creative skills and your understanding of UX You know how to use usage requirements and UX concepts as a basis for design development and are usability design expert You have proven experience in the development and use of design systems Very good communication and presentation skills in German complete your profile
