The TIB is a foundation of public law of the Land of Lower Saxony. The Technical Information Library (TIB), Program Area A, Stock Development and Metadata, is looking for the team Graue Literatur at the next possible time:n Information Manager (m/w/d) This is an indefinite job with a weekly working time of 39.80 hours (full time). In principle, the workplace is part-time. The grouping takes place in the pay group 9b TV-L. With the TIB AV portal, we offer an innovative, continuously evolved platform to discover, use and publish science in video format vividly and understandably.

You strengthen the team of Graue Literature and participate in the systematic recruitment and the process of legally secure, citative publication of science videos and other non-textual materials from the field of technology and natural science. You catalogue gray conference publications of all media types in the K10Plus and ZDB catalogue. With a wealth of development potential, you will be able to benefit from a TIB-wide, wide-ranging team. Your duties You acquire audiovisual media for the provision in the TIB AV portal, work with the pre- and post-processing of license agreements and submit the contractual documentation in the rights management system You work at the interface between video recording service, TIB ConRec, the community building for the TIB AV portal and external providers outside publishing You enter the metadata and enter it into the Media Asset Management System (MAM) You catalog gray conference publications of all media types in the K10Plus by first recording and record standard data sets for events, corporations and persons in the ZDB
