Technical customer service includes telephone and written communication.

Inquiries and tenders require an accurate analysis of technical requirements.

Creation of tailor-made offers in close coordination with the field service.

Close cooperation with order management, support and product management to clarify technical details.

Active participation in sales projects and events.

Maintenance and updating of customer and contact data in the CRM as well as complete documentation of customer activities.

Organisation and administration of demonstration equipment and B goods.

Support of licenses, user rights and software functions in customer systems.

Technical training/technical background is absolutely necessary Experience with products in need of declaration At best experience in fluid technology Conversation-proof English Representative competence in the telephone consultation on technical topics First experience in sales and dealing with customers
