Marienpflege has been active as a former “Kinderrettungsanstalt” since 1830. It is a systemic organisation recommended by DGSF for children, young people and families. In the children's village, 100 young people live in stationary housing groups, over 230 children are trained, over 50 children are cared for in nativity and kita, and over 350 families are accompanied. 275 dedicated employees such as educators, social pedagogues and teachers create a positive environment to open new perspectives for young people. Complete studies in the field of social work, social management and/or economics / BWL, theology, law or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in corporate management and commercial management of a social organization, preferably in child and youth assistance Knowledge of relevant social laws, in particular SGB VIII Representative leadership skills, communication strength and strategic thinking, high social competence and empathy for young people membership of the Catholic Church; our Christian value-based corporate culture builds on trust and appreciation.

Life and work in our beautiful town of Ellwangen in the Ostalbkreis.
