Interface to internal development studios as well as external publishing partners and initial contact with potential new partners (active and passive), incl. contract negotiations Scouting and early detection of relevant trends and deriving appropriate purchasing decisions for meaningful portfolio expansion and for launching new partnerships Active networking and cooperation with VRM teams and the purchasing organisations of the European companies and studios of the asmodee Group Assessment of new and existing products and licenses in terms of market potential, cost-effectiveness and sales opportunities Product support throughout the life cycle Responsibility for product calculation and accounting and support in demand analysis / order quantity calculation of products Participation in the continuous improvement of VRM processes and advance of AI implementation throughout the process Close cooperation with internal interfaces in all departments of the company and participation in the management and order quantity planning of the wholesale partners Preparation, participation and support/ implementation of physical and digital events (meetings, dealer days, press events, internal product training

Completed commercial training or completed studies Experience in product/project management Diverse game interests and knowledge of the current gaming market with industry knowledge in the field of board games, Trading Card Games (TCG), Collectible Card Games (CCG), Table Top and Accessories Understanding and safe handling of economic indicators Very good knowledge of the application of MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAGE, SAP...) adds AI expertise Knowledge in handling project management software (e.g. Asana) Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Careful, structured and self-sponsored working complements the rapid understanding and readiness of new tools Data-driven, analytical and conceptual and creative skills with a high affinity for process optimization using AI Initiative, positive attitude and enthusiasm with high adaptability and solution orientation
