Support in consulting BWI customers on issues related to data protection issues
Development of strategic concepts for compliance with data protection with our customers
Co-design and technical coordination in complex topics in data protection
Support in the development of data protection-compliant solutions and processes for our customers
Support our customers in the implementation and compliance of legal and internal data protection requirements
Customer support in the creation of data protection documentation (e.g. data field catalogs, data protection concepts, data protection notices, blocking and deletion rules, threshold analysis, data protection impact assessments) taking into account the standard data protection model (SDM)
Steering of external service providers for the creation of data protection documentation and testing of work results
Proactive regular research on new developments in data protection law and in the fields of compliance and IT security
Successful legal degree (e.g. jur. Bachelor, jur. Master or jur. State examinations), alternatively a similar subject-related higher education qualification or comparable training
Circa 4-year professional experience in the described task Very good German knowledge required Enhanced proven knowledge in the relevant legal areas of data protection through recognised certification (e.g. as a data protection coordinator, data protection officer (ideally udis/GDD), CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT)
Advanced knowledge of standard methods in data protection management (e.g. IDW PH 9.860.1, SDM) Good understanding of technical processes (building of IT solutions, interfaces within procedures, technical & organizational measures)
Knowledge in the field of information security (e.g. BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO-27001 etc.)
