We are looking for a full-time school year 2025/2026 for our economic school in Röthelheimpark Permanent Deputy Head of School

Supporting school management in the perception of management and leadership tasks Acquisition of technical and educational tasks for school development and quality assurance Participation in implementing the new concept of Bavarian economic schools Representation of the school to the outside and take over administrative activities Teaching in the respective subjects according to the current curricula and hourstables of the Bavarian economic schools

Apprenticeship for higher education in vocational schools in Bavaria (at least BesGr. A 14 BayBesG, EG 14 TVöD) High level of flexibility and innovativeness and openness to the complexity of school issues Ability to further develop the organizational and educational approaches in a conceptual and strategic way Multiannual teaching experience and basic knowledge of school law High social competence (in particular team skills, communication skills and conflictability) as well as enforcement and negotiation skills Representative understanding of leadership and the ability and willingness to demand and promote employees, independent and independent work and organisational ability
