Asset Manager - Real Estate / Project Development (m/w/d)

You take asset management from the office (no WEG management) You'll be puggling the tenant contact and customer contact as well as easy accounting by phone and email You manage and tax your own real estate projects in Central and Eastern Germany You are on site every week and organize service providers such as craftsmen, engineers and masters

You have a completed commercial training or an internship degree You bring 1–2 years of professional experience in the real estate industry You communicate safely in German in Word and Writing (C1) and are friendly in dealing with customers You speak desirable way English (A2) You have a class B licence You are reliable, durable and enforceable
