In the course of further development, we are looking for two dedicated technical editors (m/w/d) S2000M for the team ILS & Project Documentation in the customer projects department. Activity description Around 16 employees are currently working in the team ILS & Project Documentation at Kiel. You are active in the field of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) in the technical editorial office and are responsible for the production of the spare parts documentation according to the international standard S2000M. Working closely with the LSA engineering and the editorial team for the S1000D-compliant creation of interactive electronic technical documentation (IETD).

S2000M Replacement Part Documentation Research and procurement of relevant information Implementation of the Catalogization Process Close cooperation with illustrators to create and review graphics Internal and external coordination with specialist departments and customers to specify and implement project specifications Coordination of subprojects in the field of spare part documentation Data collection in computer systems Coordination with suppliers and service providers Coordination of project-specific guidance documents

Complete study of the technical editorial department (FH/TU) or mechanical engineering Experience in S2000M Knowledge of the application XML-based editorial system, ideally MATCONF Basic knowledge in the production of technical documentation Secure handling of MS Office applications (MS Word & MS Excel) Good English knowledge of word and writing Teamability, commitment and flexibility Self-responsible and independent work Analytical, creative thinking Communication strength
