We're looking for you! As a dynamic and dedicated (Senior) Business Process Manager / SAP Key User (m/w/d), you are a valuable addition to Arvato SE. Become part of our team and actively shape the future of Arvato at one of our locations in Gütersloh or Dortmund. Your tasks

• Brückenbauer: As a central interface between our departments, customers and IT project teams, you take responsibility for the successful implementation of requirements and projects.
• Project management: You plan and accompany projects as a test manager focusing on the creation and implementation of test scenarios for SAP interfaces, logistics processes and automation solutions.
• Testing and know-how transfer: You coordinate and carry out test activities independently and ensure that knowledge is transferred to the operational teams in a sustainable manner.
• Development and implementation: With your expertise, you support the continuous development of our standard solution portfolio and take responsibility in the implementation and rollout of new processes.
• SAP Key User: You actively work in the systems and ensure the quality of our IT landscape (SAP, automation solutions, customer systems) through sound testing.

Your profile

• Education: Successfully completed master's degree in (economic) informatics, maths, physics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree course.
• SAP: Funded knowledge in the field of SAP WM/EWM and SAP ERP
• Process and IT affinity: High affinity for processes and IT, fun in complex relationships within the entire IT landscape (SAP - Middleware - 3rd Parties)
• Tool Stack: Safe handling of common tools (especially MS Office, JIRA) as well as knowledge of BPM 2.0 tools (BIC).
• Language skills & readiness: Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, which frameworks of projects are used in Europe
