Work planner with a focus on the building envelope (m/f/d)

Your mission – diversity instead of unity More than classic work preparation awaits you with us – you actively shape the realization of sophisticated building envelope projects: Call for tenders & awards – you take over the tendering and awarding of the casings and provide optimal technical and economic solutions. Offer development – As part of our technical interior service, you will develop tailor-made offers and, together with the construction teams, conduct technical bidding discussions and negotiations with clients. Construction Processes & Optimization – Together with the project team, you develop efficient construction processes for the building envelope and develop alternative designs as needed. Coordination & Planning – You create schedules and technical concepts for the execution preparation of the enclosures and you will check, coordinate plant and assembly planning to release. Interface Management – With your expertise, you can support the planning coordination and the construction management and keep an eye on adjacent structures. Digitization & Teamwork – Together with our construction teams, you drive digitization on the construction site and integrate modern planning methods such as BIM into everyday work.

Your profile – Not from the bar You bring not only experience, but also the certain 'biss'. What we wish: Technically versed – completion as a civil engineer (w/m/d), architect (w/m/d), construction engineer (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. Industriekenner – Multiannual experience in the building envelope, in particular in the execution of sophisticated facades (e.g. glass, aluminium and office facades), as a building manager (w/m/d) or in the project management. Digital affin – Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and ideally good knowledge in iTWO, Powerproject or in a comparable building software. Regulatory – Funded knowledge in the VOB. Innovation joy – open to new technologies, working methods and modern planning methods such as BIM.
