Responsible, independent management and processing of projects of urban renewal (refurbishment and development programme of rural areas) Advising owners and investors in the comprehensive area of urban development (all EU, federal and country programmes) Participation in the planning preparation of urban renewal measures in interdisciplinary project teams consisting of urban planners, energy consultants, architects and administrative experts Presentation of annual project results in presentations and final reports to clients, licensing bodies, public and municipal bodies Accounting, evaluation and documentation of urban renewal measures Acquisition of new customers and subsequent orders for existing customers in the business field of urban renewal

Graduate degree in the field of spatial planning, geography, public management (Bachelor of Arts) or as a graduate manager (m/w/d) or a comparable degree Multiannual professional or project experience, preferably in the municipal environment Knowledge of the legal foundations of urban renewal according to the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB) and the urban development guidelines (StBauFR) desirable Commitment appearance and professional consulting skills as well as communication strength High project identification, organizational talent and independent working Customer and market orientation, readiness and driving licence
