From the first wind turbines, through free schools and ecological agriculture - we use our strict criteria (experience more here) to make money where it is a lively morning. In our competence center for ecological nutrition, we accompany farms and businesses across Germany along the value chains from arable land to a plate, i.e. agriculture, processing, trade to out-of-home use. During the trainee program, you will get comprehensive insights into the tasks and customer processes of the competence center ecological nutrition at GLS Bank, as well as in other relevant departments (also in the central office in Bochum and other branches). Your goal is to take over a qualified customer support task in the company's customer business after training in southern Germany.

The following tasks and development steps await you in this trainee position: From the first minute you are part of our nationwide company customer support team with the focus on organic farming, trade, processing You support our team in the holistic support of demanding new and existing customers and learn to make credit decisions. You support the team in the successful further development of content topics and take on joint responsibility for a topic. As a representative of the GLS Bank, you participate in events and support in building/maintaining contacts with multipliers and institutions. You make the company's customer training at our partner of the Geno Academy and thus acquire the theoretical knowledge for your further path.

This is ideally brought with you: You have a strong customer orientation and joy in active communication with people. a completed study in the field of economics, economics, agricultural sciences or a comparable qualification, ideally supplemented by a commercial training or an internship in a bank You are interested in ecological nutrition and want to advance social-ecological topics You have the ability to independently handle challenging tasks and have a high analytical ability to think. Balances are not a foreign word for you and in MS Office. You are characterized by a cooperative way of working, reliability and a high sense of responsibility. Tasks You go reflected and solution-oriented. You like to be on the go and regionally flexible.
