Projektmanager Product Support After Sales (m/f/d)

Independent creation, processing and specification of customer orders in the Integrated Product Support (IPS) department and coordination with relevant interfaces and stakeholders Responsibility for supply creation and complete order processing of the spare parts supply for international customers, including preparation and maintenance of all associated documents (offerings, order copies, shipping documents, etc.) Implementation of regular reporting, lot-order and risk analyses, as well as preparation and analysis of relevant data for decision support Coordination and management of accreditations in cooperation with the customer team and banks as well as processing of multilingual correspondence (English, Spanish) Management of claims, implementation of market analyses and derivation of measures to optimise spare parts supply and customer satisfaction

Higher education or training with multiannual professional experience as well as very good commercial expertise, enhanced by basic knowledge in export business and deeper knowledge in commercial law Technical understanding, reliable English knowledge with contractual competence (further foreign language of advantage), very good expressability in word and writing as well as pronounced negotiation skills Systematic operation, project management expertise and secure application of SAP and MS Office High social competence, keen contact and negotiation, team skills and strong responsibilities in dealing with customers, business partners and intercultural encounters Ability to identify inter-divisional relationships and act accordingly
