Active co-design/transformation of existing personnel processes on SAP Success Factors with focus on organization management Preparation of existing data stocks for acquisition in SAP SF EC/ECP Optimization of existing processes Implementation of new process structure Key User and Coach for HR colleagues Responsibility for the correct application of the time economy with SEAK Creation of reports/evaluations in SEAK, Spinifex and SAP SF and HCM via AdHoc-Query
