As a Junior Hardware Configuration Specialist (m/w/d) you don't just configure hardware - you make sure our customers have high-quality, working and serviceable devices for daily use! In detail, your tasks are as follows: You configure mobile devices (MDEs) in any form for storage. They perform all necessary settings; e.g. system parameters, Wi-Fi parameters, network parameters and application parameters. You create and monitor support tickets.

They perform guided tests of the configured configuration for function and plausibility. You document your test results and configuration processes.

They have technical affinity for handling MDEs. First professional experience in Configuration Management as well as from the logistics environment will make your start very easy. They are characterized by a high degree of conscience.
