Group Management Maintenance and Building Technology (m/f/d)

DOYMA is a leading manufacturer of sealing and fire protection systems based in Oyten. Our mission is to seal or seal building penetrations with pipes and cables against water, fire and flue gas. Maintenance management: creation, monitoring and optimization of inspection, maintenance and repair plans for production facilities and buildings, as well as the planning and management of spare parts Disruption management: analysis of fault causes to reduce failures and the organisation of quick repair measures Maintenance and energy optimization: You develop and improve concepts for state monitoring, predictive maintenance and process and energy efficiency Home technology and service provider control: monitoring of technical infrastructure (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electrical) and coordination and evaluation of external service providers Building management: support for outdoor facilities, coordination of construction and renovation projects and the management of building control technology Safety and environmental standards: You make sure that the statutory regulations, operator requirements and accident prevention and environmental standards are complied with and regularly checked Budget and Controlling: You take over the planning and control of the budget for maintenance, spare parts as well as external service providers, craft businesses and are responsible for controlling, reporting and monitoring the warranties

You have completed technical training (e.g. electronics, mechatronics, industrial mechanic) or engineering studies (engineering, electrical engineering, building or supply engineering) You have a master or technician degree with a focus on maintenance, building management or electrical engineering You have several years of experience in maintenance/building technology; ideally in a guide position You have technical know-how and deep understanding for TGA (technical building equipment), MSR technology, supply and sanitary technology Ideally, you already have first experience in maintenance strategies and lean management The relevant standards and safety regulations (DIN, VDE, DGUV, VEFK) as well as their application and implementation are known to you and you know how to apply them. As responsible electrical power (VEFK) you take over the technical and supervisory responsibility for the electrical engineering operating part You are fit in handling maintenance software (CAFM) You are a stand-alone executive and have a high social competence with which you guide your team professionally and disciplinefully You're not too bad to pack yourself You are characterized by a high degree of self-initiative, planning and enforcement You have a well-defined cost awareness and experience in budget planning and responsibility You have a class B/BE licence
