IGEFA SE & Co. KG is looking for an employee sales service in the supply sector (m/w/d) for our team at the Ahrensfelde site.

You act as an interface between our customers, branches, key account managers and our industrial partners (manufacturers and suppliers) In addition, you advise our customers and are their first contact person for questions about our product and service portfolio You calculate independent customer conditions In addition, you control and negotiate special industrial conditions You start offerings and process alerts The determination of electronic customer catalog templates as well as the price reports are also part of your task You take over service activities such as as assortment and catalog maintenance or the creation of order templates for our customers You are the central contact person for customer service and branch offices The telephone service also falls within your jurisdiction
