You're not just at the gate – you're the central control point for everything that goes inside and out. This means that you control and coordinate the entire traffic at the gates (lorries, cars, visitors – everything goes over you). You make sure that entrances and exits run smoothly and correctly. You check documents, delivery documents and registrations – and recognize immediately if something is wrong. You are in close contact with the security service (06:00–18:00) and take professional leadership in the daily business. Your attention to detail makes the difference: you recognize errors before becoming a problem (e.g. incorrect bookings, missing scans, incomplete documents). You correct processes directly and ensure clear, clean processes according to fixed standards. You identify recurring sources of error and actively pushes improvements. You are the first contact point on site: for drivers, visitors, internal teams and external partners. You explain special cases quickly, sovereignly and solution-oriented. You keep an overview: You document the day structured ( incidents, deviations, disturbances), reliably report security-relevant topics and support system messages and technical topics.

You're someone who keeps track when it gets full. You communicate clearly, trade structuredly and don't let yourself be rested. You will find experience in the field of gates, control, logistics or safety or appropriate training. Ideally, a certificate examination according to § 34a GewO or information. routine in handling digital systems (e.g. CMS, SAP or similar tools) and security in handling documents and delivery documents. Personally, you convince by: Clear communication – you say what's happening, and you understand. Enforcement strength – even in stressful situations – as well as a fast, structured way of working.
