Support in recruiting trainees and students Applicant management including communication with applicants and specialist departments Own organisation and execution of pupil internships Active participation in training fairs and support in the implementation of applicant training in schools Staff development cooperation, for example in the planning and organisation of our internal trainings Support for day-to-day business

Studies in the field of economics, economics or comparative studies, ideally with a focus on staff Good knowledge of current MS Office programs Structured and self-employed working and organisational skills Own initiative and communication strength Good knowledge of German and English
