Maintenance of production plants in the field of EGIO/IMP (ion implants) execution of troubleshooting & repairs (expanded plant knowledge) Preventive maintenance Coordination and acceptance of cross-border services (including in cooperation with external companies) Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.) Improvement of plant technology / performance and processes Tracking down key areas & execution of process optimizations Exchange of information with other users / maintenance Determination of critical spare parts & Ensuring spare parts supply Training of operational production staff with regard to standardised service work Errors and service documentation Processing internal projects and contact persons for plant installations and relocations in cooperation with other departments such as other support groups Reporting and coordination of working priorities with the service and maintenance manager

Complete bachelor's studies or state-tested technicians in the field of electrical engineering/mechatronics or the like (forced electrical skills) Relevant professional experience in the technical environment (maintenance/production) Willingness to shift work Processing takes place within the day layer Ideally experience in semiconductor production or special machine construction Independent and quality-conscious operation Planning and organizational talent and communication skills Very good German and good English skills Analytical thinking and team skills Computer: MS Office, SAP, experience in plant software is advantageous
