End-to-end responsibility for planning the O-RAN rollout within a region (RU, DU, transport connections) Detailed planning and optimization of radio network planning (search areas, site prioritization, transport connections) Maintenance and updating of planning databases and evaluation of new site proposals from tower companies Conducting RF and interference analyses to ensure network quality and frequency allocations Development, management, and implementation of the regional rollout roadmap - in a fully integrated, prioritized planning approach, coordinated with all relevant stakeholders Close collaboration with suppliers, tower companies, system integrators, and expansion partners Responsibility for achieving regional rollout targets (e.g., sites per month/home, household coverage, on-site network production) while considering technical and economic requirements Personal commitment and identification with the agile collaboration during regional implementation with various contacts (tower companies, city networks, acquisition partners, etc.) (e.g.) Monitoring and optimization of qualitative KPIs during the commissioning of RAN sites (e.g., first-time right, planning quality)
