• Sales \& customer acquisition Active development of our business through targeted acquisitions of kitas, schools and social institutions, as well as the development and support of existing customer relationships.
• Employee support \& counseling** You are the first contact person for our pedagogical professionals, conduct employee talks, support everyday work and accompany their personal and professional development.
• Sales planning \& MRP You plan and coordinate our employees' efforts, find accurate solutions and ensure a smooth process. *Organization \& Teamwork** You take administrative tasks, coordinate appointments, document important processes and work closely with our team in Bremen.
