You undertake technical and strategic tasks in the contract area of outpatient care in Schleswig-Holstein. Not only do you participate in the contract negotiations with the Kassenarzt Vereinigung, the Kassenzahnarzt Vereinigung as well as other service providers, but also ensure their content. Your responsibility also includes the negotiations and implementation of the contracts in the field of direct calculators. You work closely and regularly with our member funds, other health insurance types and the respective contractual partners. You will also obtain treatment-relevant compensation and performance data, analyze them and introduce them specifically into your negotiations.

You have a completed degree in the field of health, social and economic sciences or alternatively a qualified training in the statutory social security system with relevant professional experience. The common Microsoft Office applications, in particular Microsoft Excel, make use of them safely and routined. Thanks to your analytical method, you can present complex facts both vividly and address-oriented. Your communicative competencies as well as your negotiating skills allow you to represent your interests in challenging conversation situations. With your cooperative and independent working style, you contribute to a good team collaboration.
