Professional and organizational management of about 15 employees in the fields of SMD, THT, Conformal Coating & Prüffeld Planning, control and monitoring of manufacturing processes as well as ensuring quality, timing and efficiency Identification and active implementation of process improvements in close cooperation with production management, industrial engineering, work preparation and quality assurance with the aim of minimizing the throughput times Working with the planning of investments, budgets and personnel Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards, including requirements from the defence and aviation industry Promotion, motivation and further development of employees

slightly completed technical training, ideally in the field of electronics or comparable, further qualification in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering Multiannual professional experience in electronics manufacturing in particular in the areas of SMD and THT fitting and testing of electronic assemblies Mind. 5-year leadership experience combined with a cooperative, motivating leadership style and a pronounced hands-on mentality Detectable successes in optimizing production processes and in the application of Lean-Manufacturing methods Organisational capacity, sense of responsibility and communication strength

The annual gross fee plus special tariff payments is approx. EUR 67,000,- for a working week of 35 hours. The additional collective agreements are governed by the collective agreement M&E Hamburg/Environment.
