Engineer Infrastructure Management Control and Safety Technology Port Railway

The Infrastructure Management and Safety Technology Unit is responsible for the technical installations of the port railway and ensures their safe and reliable operation. It develops concepts for control and safety technology, radio and electrical engineering as well as ETCS and plans measures in compliance with legal and KRITIS requirements.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You ensure that our systems work reliably - from control and safety technology to electrical engineering. In addition, you develop concepts for new control units, radio technology, ETCS and overhead lines. You plan actions and observe laws and KRITIS regulations in close coordination with authorities. In addition, you will regularly vote with colleagues from the areas of Oberbau, Bahnbrücken and Betriebsmanagement.

You have a master's degree in the field of electrical engineering, ideally with a specialization direction of control and safety technology. Your expertise in the planning, construction or maintenance of technical equipment completes your profile, whether control and safety technology, communications technology or electrical equipment. Ideally, you bring basic knowledge in the field of superstructure and railway operation. You work independently, targeted and realize complex relationships quickly.
