Active: Mittendrin, instead of just doing this - you are actively working on refurbishment of risky credit commitments in the company's customer business and supporting the design of restructuring and refurbishment processes. This includes the M&A processes with the aim of minimising credit risk. Responsibility: You gradually take responsibility for the analysis and evaluation of refurbishment and continuation concepts presented by business consultants. Required: As a trainee, you create valuable contacts, accompany negotiations with customers, business consultants: both inside and other banks and actively participate in cross-bank negotiations. Variety: From the creation, participation and voting of credit decisions to cooperation in cross-departmental and cross-departmental projects - in special credit management, no day resembles the other. Comprehensive: As part of your trainee program, you will also learn about areas of corporate customer business, key accounts or corporate finance as well as the corresponding units of risk management. Hautnah: In addition, a multi-month hospitation in a management consultancy is an important part of your program.

Qualified: You have completed an economic studies (Bachelor/Master) or you have a comparable degree.
