You carry your item on your own and ensure a smooth running in the kitchen area. You organize your mise en place structured and efficient. You prepare menus and buffets for our events professionally and prepare meals professionally and responsively. You ensure compliance with all hygiene and quality standards (HACCP). You take control of the goods and care for proper storage. You pay attention to order, cleanliness and an efficient workflow in your area of responsibility.

Ideally, you bring the following: Joy in dealing with guests and excellent host qualities Successfully completed vocational training as a cook / cooker Multiannual professional experience in gastronomy, ideally in banquet or event business Funded knowledge of the preparation of food for menus and buffets Self-contained, structured operation and sovereign management of a separate item in the kitchen area Team spirit, reliability, motivation and sense of responsibility Communication strength, flexibility and loadability Careful, stylish appearance and very good handling forms Very good German knowledge and basic knowledge in English
