Senior Specialist for Occupational Safety (m/w/d)

As a leading specialist in occupational safety at the Bremen site, you will advise and support the management in all matters relating to occupational and health protection. They lead a team of 5 employees professionally and disciplinaryly and help to make work processes safe and health-promoting. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) and continuous improvement of management systems. Promoting a strong security culture with a focus on behavioral changes and sustainable safety standards is your responsibility They analyze accidents, accident potentials and accident events.

You can demonstrate a completed training as a master, technician or a comparable qualification (engineer, diploma, master, Bachelor). In addition, you have completed training on the work safety specialist according to DGUV V2. Extensive knowledge of the right to work (e.g. employment protection law, workplace regulation) as well as the relevant statutory regulations are notable. Furthermore, you have knowledge of hazardous materials law and biomaterial law Knowledge of health and environmental law Knowledge of building law Knowledge of the implementation of RAB 30 (SiGeKo)

The willingness to participate in occasional regional missions between our sites completes your profile.
