Planning and implementation of the most effective personnel use, personnel disposition (Objective setting little overhead costs) Professional leadership, training and support of operational staff Coordination of visual and functional controls as well as measurement checks on components in receipt of goods Ensuring the material flow of various parts Documentation of error, test and work results Reporting to branch managers and customers Responsibility for compliance with rules of occupational safety and working time laws (including security instructions) Responsibility for the implementation of all organisational processes (e.g. observance and presence as well as filling out work instructions)

Complete vocational training, for example in the field of motor mechanics, industrial mechanics, painting, metal construction and other crafts Ideally, you will bring first experience as a shift manager (m/w/d) in quality testing/input testing of components in the automotive or metal industry with Reading of technical drawings SAP knowledge They are flexible in time and ready for shift work and have good German language skills in word and writing, English would be desirable
