Responsibility for the production and consistent compliance of the production plan with the objective of timely production

Personal and operational planning

Ensuring continuous high quality of galvanized products

Responsibility for the compliance and implementation of safety, regulatory and cleanliness standards throughout the operation

Continuous optimization of operations during operation or production process

Creation and evaluation of key figures (KPIs) for performance control and reporting to the General Manager

Complete degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable, alternatively a completed qualification as industrial master or Technicians in the field of metal, mechatronics or the like

At least 3 years of experience in a leading function in a manufacturing industry, preferably in metal processing, steel construction or a related environment

Management experience of at least 30 employees

Experience abroad, optimally in Mexico/Latin America and good Spanish skills

Routined scope with Microsoft365

Proactive, result- and cost-oriented mode of operation with pronounced hands-on mentality

Analytical, structured thinking with strong focus on process optimization and application experience in LEAN principles
