In order to strengthen our colleagues:innen der Flemming & Sohn GmbH in Würzburg, we are looking for you as a commercial employee (m/w/d) accounting in full time or part-time (20-40 h/week). You support the proper management of financial books, including the monitoring of debitors and creditors and the coordination of bank accounts You manage corporate liquidity in the team by monitoring daily cash flow, optimizing cash flows and ensuring compliance with all financial obligations You create and send invoices to customers and monitor open items You take care of the execution of the dungeon with outstanding demands You support the further development of work processes with regard to digitalization

(m/w/d) or tax specialist (m/w/d) You have at least 1-2 years of professional experience in accounting You have a pronounced understanding of numbers and are characterized by their analytical thinking You convince by an independent and solution-oriented manner of operation, as well as a structured and communicative appearance You are versed in handling MS Office applications, especially Excel and DATEV
