What we plan together: In the field of HR operations, you have the opportunity to learn the basics of operational personnel work and actively take responsibility. Among other things, you support our HR partners:in operational daily business.

What you do with us: You get involved: In active employee care on various topics such as parental protection, parental leave, illness, social benefits. You take responsibility: in the creation of work contracts and certificates, as well as in the adoption of administrative tasks after successful incorporation. You can rely on your expertise: you are working independently on smaller labour law issues. Your support is in demand: when organizing appointments and meetings as well as maintaining data in SAP. You are in the middle of it: you work with your team on smaller projects in the department.

What convinces us: First of all, your personality: A structured way of working, communication strength, reliability and team capacity are of course for you. You are enrolled in a degree in the field of business or business psychology with a focus on human resources management or comparable fields or you have just finished this. First experiences in the HR environment are advantageous. We require a safe handling of MS Office programs. Your interest in HR topics and your availability of ideally 7 months round off your profile.
