Manager Direct Taxes Germany (m/f/d)

Competent central contact person for all issues of national tax law (direct taxes) for our domestic, legal units This includes the ongoing tax advice including Support for the financial statements, the tax declaration tasks, the independent execution of the tax audit and the tax advice on domestic M&A projects Advising the business groups on pay tax questions and support of the HR department in matters of (international) employee returns Persecuting the development of tax legislation and administrative matters, and assessing the impact on the supervised companies Further development of the tax department in terms of digitization and process optimization

Completed subject-related studies or comparable training and at least 3 years of professional experience in industry, in an audit, tax consultancy company or in financial management Successfully filed tax advisor exams preferred Very good knowledge of German corporate tax law and experience in the field of wage tax as well as international employee delivery or readiness to incorporate into these topics Secure handling in MS Office as well as DATEV, experience in SAP/FI Very good English skills in word and writing Self-sponsored, responsible operation and strong service orientation High self-initiative and team readiness
