Systemadministrator Automotive (m/w/d) Leipzig This will be your job as a system administrator:in management and maintenance of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, hardware) 1st and 2nd level support, such as trouble messages via phone, email and ticket system or remote access Installation and configuration of software and operating systems Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting Backup and secure data security Support for IT projects and implementation of new technologies Management of user accounts and access rights Creation and maintenance of documentation and IT manuals Cooperation with external service providers and suppliers Support for users:inside IT problems and inquiries This is what awaits you with us Working time models between 36-40 hours per week, depending on project use Continuing training of our in-house institute, the FERCHAU Academy (e-learnings, trainings and seminars) Up to 30 days holiday Childcare support by Kita grant (100 € net per child up to 6 years of age) Work where you have your food point, through our over 130 branches no problem Flexibility through the ability to work (depending on the customer company)

You bring this with successful completion of training, e.g.:to the specialist informant:in for system integration or computer science businessman:wife, or a degree in IT or a comparable IT technical qualification, such as business informatics Professional experience as a system administrator:in, ideally in the automotive industry Knowledge in managing Windows and Linux servers Experience with network technologies (e.g. TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V) Safe handling of backup and recovery tools Experience in IT security management and data protection Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Teamability and problem-solving competence
