Full support of service and pool vehicles including digital vehicle records, appointment and workshop coordination as well as management of vehicle documents Control of the inflow and outflow of vehicles and the settlement of vehicle sales via customs auction Recording, documentation and processing of damage cases including Communication with employees, workshops and insurance companies Creation of transfer agreements and orders for privately recognised service vehicles as well as processing of violations of orders incl. Authority correspondence Invoicing, payment initiation and processing of motor vehicle tax and insurance contributions Administration, ordering, blocking and billing of fuel cards (SVG)

Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in fleet management/floor management is desirable Very good knowledge of German and a class B licence Very good general computer skills and basic knowledge in MS Office.
