For our site Saarbrücken we are looking for the next time Senior HR Business Partner Site Building (m/w/d) Location: Saarbrücken | Part-time or full-time That's what you expect: In this challenging role, you will accompany the construction of our service organization at the new site in Saarbrücken to about 150 employees by 2028. We are building a strong staff area at our two locations to develop and accompany our organization – modern, forward-looking and close to the business. You work closely with the location management, report directly to the HR department in Jena and have a short wire to the management.

Business Partnering – As an essential savings partner for the location management and the management team, you will advance our organization and help us succeed as a business. Organisational development – You will play a key role in the design of our work and social world and prepare the organization for rapid scaling. Managerial Development – You will accompany our leadership team in building leadership skills and team building. Process design – You develop and implement lean HR processes and policies that are human-oriented and scalable. Stakeholder Management – You shape the cross-site cooperation with our company in Jena and the interface to our corporate mother smoothly and eagerly in dealing with different stakeholders, from employees to management. Supporting the entire Employee Life Cycle – You support employees and executives with HR-related questions and concerns, from onboarding to exit, and ensure a strong commitment and positive employer brand.

Of course, a relevant multi-year professional experience in the HR field, during which you have already created and implemented new structures. Ideally, you could already gain experience in scaling organizations or a site building. You have good knowledge of labour, social security and business constitutional law. You are sure to go with MS Office (especially Word, Excel and Outlook) and ideally have knowledge of SAP-HR and ATOSS. You have a successfully completed economic or social studies (with a focus on human resources) or a comparable training.
