The Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) supports our client: with a broad portfolio of service offerings in the Accounting and Transaction Area (Calculation, Financial Accounting, Reporting) to build an efficient and effective financial function of the company. We are shaping the CFO agenda of the future through our consulting activities. We help our customers to establish and maintain transparency and confidence in reporting - as a basis for better decision-making. As part of our CFO Career Starter Program at the locations Berlin, Düsseldorf, Eschborn, Hamburg, Hannover, Munich, Stuttgart or Cologne, we offer you: Profile formation through 6-month engagements in three FAAS Solutions to be selected from our wide range of services: Compliance & Regulations, Transformation, Performance, Transactions, Capital Markets and Listings (IPO), Treasury Use and extend your knowledge and skills learned in theory and acquired so far along the CFO agenda Optionally, there is the possibility to undertake a 6-month engagement in the audit or in the area of Climate Change and Sustainability Services (CCaSS). Scheduled duration of the program: 18-24 months The program's unique feature is in particular a structured career development path tailor-made to you. From the start, you will become a consultant and start directly following the program in one of the areas you have met and appreciated before.

Completed studies (Bachelor or Master) of economics, business informatics or another degree course, ideally with business reference First relevant experience within the framework of internships or work study activities desirable, preferably with reference to Accounting/ Finance Teamplayer:in with commitment, high (social) sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in attracting new knowledge Good analytical thinking skills, in which you emphasize through creative and structured solutions Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) readiness to travel and very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing
