Coordination of communication between external appellants, specialist departments and the diocese management Support in building a target-group-oriented process quality management system and linking EFQM findings and feedback to process work Creating evaluations for quality management Processing internal and external enquiries, complaints and improvement initiatives as well as their targeted response Monitoring, preparation and reporting of feedback, and ongoing derivation of measures

Business Degree, Dipl Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts Public Management or Similar Additional education and training Priority Non-violent communication, supervisor or mediator Professional experience in public service management Impressed service and communication skills, high motivation and initiative as well as strong team skills Safe handling of MS Office Identification with the aims and values of the Catholic Church
