Our client has been working successfully on the market for many years and counts around 500 employees across several companies. The organization is in the middle of an extensive transformation program, which includes the introduction of a new ERP system as well as the establishment of consistent, standardized processes. You will first cover issues relating to liquidity, working capital and the creation of transparency and control reports After a period of incorporation, you assume the overall responsibility for monthly and annual accounts according to HGB You lead and develop a multi-headed financial team both professionally and disciplinaryly You design the further development and harmonisation of financial processes in the course of an ongoing transformation programme You work closely with controlling, management and operational units You accompany the introduction of a new ERP system and support the detachment of existing Excel structures You continuously improve final speed, data quality and financial transparency

You have well-founded HGB degree competence and well-founded experience in financial and accounting of a medium-sized environment You bring leadership experience and a clear, sovereign communication style with You work independently, structured and pragmatic You have a high digital affinity and ideally bring experience in transformation or ERP implementation projects with You ideally have industrial or project-oriented environments Ideally You bring experience in working capital management or systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or Lucanet with
