Social worker/pedagogue (m/f/d)

Your duties • Social pedagogical advice and support for participants • Design and activation of participants for learning and working • Individual and group coaching to promote professional and social integration opportunities • Daily aids and crisis intervention • Support for internship or job search • Cooperation with network partners and clients (Jobcenter, Agency for Work, ...) • Continuous documentation of coaching content, development processes and results • Exchange and coordination with colleagues

Your profile • A completed study of social education/work, medical education or rehabilitation, special education (Diplom, Bachelor or Master). Degrees (Diplom, Bachelor, Master or Magister Artium) with supplementary subjects or Education/social work or rehabilitation, special education or youth assistance are also possible • Good user knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) • Minor one-year professional experience in the professional orientation and training of adults • Team skills, empathy, communication strength and motivation in dealing with participants
