As a steadily growing company, we are looking for you as a solution-oriented HR Career & Performance Partner (m/w/d) for our global Evolve & Recognize Service – with location in Stuttgart or Munich. As an important part of our Human Resources team, you actively support and support employee development, mobility, performance and continuous development within the 3DS organization.

You are the first contact person for employees and executives when it comes to questions about mobility and performance management. You advise on defining career goals and implementing concrete development measures. You perform exit interviews and analyze the reasons for fluctuation You support continuous, constructive feedback throughout the year and support mid-year reviews and the end of the year. You accompany and monitor the annual People Master Plan process (e.g. target agreements, performance assessments, career level reviews, etc.). You are specifically addressing questions and concerns of employees and executives from the EUROCENTRAL region (Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic) about career, development, performance and mobility. You work closely with the EMEA Career & Performance Team and regularly exchange best practices.

You have (first) professional experience in HR, ideally also in dealing with works councils. You are a team player and the collaboration in an international environment will give you pleasure.
