• Operational closing and access management: Programming of mechatronic keys and employee IDs Control of all authorization processes from application processing to administration and change of closing powers up to the establishment and functional testing of changing wardrobes Creation, maintenance and optimization of mechanical and electronic closure plans in coordination with users and ensuring complete documentation of media flows • Parking control & fault management: managing the parking quotas, creating parking cards and first instance in case of malfunctions (e.g. parking machines or parking cards) Creating utilisation and cost statistics and active participation in the strategic development of the parking concept • Interface function & service provider control: Central contact for employees and external companies Coordination and determination of requirements, triggering of material orders, and commissioning and monitoring of repair and service services Participation in audits or safety inspections • Commercial handling: Takeover of audits Creating reports for the financial statements and cooperation in economic planning Organisation and management of space allocation for auditoriums and seminar rooms including the processing of internal and external rental requests Coordination of room reservations in the system, creation and management of rental contracts and accounting Support for colleagues in other areas through flexible integration into adjacent topics

Successfully completed commercial/technical training Ideally, knowledge of the use of closing management software, e.g. “Verso Cliq” and access control systems, e.g. ‘Paxton’ Finded software knowledge and practical experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) SAP identifiers (MM/PM/ FI/CO) are desirable, but not required Impressed IT affinity and high sense of responsibility A structured way of working and organisational skills Knowledge of commercial management and technical understanding High communication skills, team spirit and social skills Embossed services (service and solution-oriented approach) A high degree of flexibility Impressed problem-solving competence and independent work Secure knowledge of German in word and writing (min. completed B2 certificate)
