Examination of craftsmen's services, including on-the-spot checks (size, quality) and taking into account the valid DIN regulations Processing of credits, corrections and billings as well as support for customer support:in the case of billing and system corrections. Documentation and analysis of vulnerabilities, compilation of statistics, lists and evaluations, and implementation of supplier reviews and special reviews. Communication and coordination with entrepreneurs:inside, tenants:inside, internal contact persons:inside and handicraft companies, including training of newly acquired craftsmen:inside as well as telephone rental surveys. Participation in the adaptation and optimisation of contracts and unitary separation agreements (EPA) under technical and economic considerations

Successfully completed training as a craft master in the construction industry or HLS/electro or as a construction/electro/HLS technician and/or studies in the field of civil engineering At least 3 years of relevant professional experience Ideally knowledge of SAP and experience with AVA programs are advantageous Experience in dealing with MS Office, desirable Power BI, as well as in the field of AI-based testing processes and affinity for digitization and automation of operational processes Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Team-oriented work and analytical and cross-disciplinary thinking
